What are the correct type of fuel hose clip to use. John I don't think there have been any complaints about the current ones. It is the old crimped ones that caused occasional problems.

I just spoke with Stuart at Krazyhorse, they have received the paperwork from HMRC for Vat export. So i should have it by the end of the month.
There has been a lot of development work on the upgraded exhausts at KH. They are a lot Quieter with a better tone. Choice of tips now an option. John.

Finally, there is light at the end of the tunnel. I have received and filled in the paperwork for HMRC, customs that is.
All i have to do now is wait.
Just a short bio as such. I paid my deposit on the 1st of Oct 2016. Oh yes that long ago. Production delays, Euro 4 delays, holiday delays etc. etc. Maybe i will get it while there is some sunshine left.
Insurance sorted, kind of. Knightwood prm have come in with a quote £200 less than the only other insurer to quote me so i`m happy with that.
I have been buying stuff for the car and myself over the last couple of years. I`ll post photos soon.
What type of security are you all using? Any faults with the immobilizer?
Soon be time for bed. before i start to prattle on too much i`ll say see you soon. John.

I just thought I'd let you know, back in April this year, I asked my dealer to send me the paper work for export of my 3wheeler. After a lengthy delay, about 6 weeks, it arrived. Duely filled in and post back to my dealer.
Heard nothing until now. Had an email from Dan at Krazyhorse. Paper work for HMRC was sent the same week they received it. They still have not heard from HMRC.
What a joke.

Just a couple of questions. How much current does the starter switch draw? What type of replacement fuel lines should you use?
Where money is a concern, what replacement shocks would you recommend?

Sorry not to be able to answer all your questions, or indeed even the first one in a defined manner, but will have a crack at it, in the hope I understand the question...?
How much does the starter SWITCH draw..? I guess the answer is nothing until it is operated, and when operated there are variables in play.. I have no M3W experience, though some electrical understanding.
The starter circuit generally places the highest demand for electrical power on a machine, though that demand can vary considerably dependant on prevailing climatic conditions and others, i.e. Cold weather starting can require more power ( amps x volts) than on a hot day to get the engine to fire up, and in general a cold engine in any weather can draw more current from the battery to run the starter till the engine fires, than a re-start on an engine that has already warmed up would do..Logical..?
Same goes for an engine with issues will perhaps take longer to fire up than one in good condition.
From pressing the button, the starter motor initially acts like a dead short thus drawing all that the battery has to offer, until the starter begins to turn, at which point the current drops quickly, how quickly depends upon all the above factors, thus the actual current draw would be hard to specify as such.
After start up the engine will hopefully be run long enough for the alternator to restore all the power back to the battery that has been drawn from it to start the engine in the first instance..?

Just a couple of questions. How much current does the starter switch draw?
The switch itself draws nothing, it is the starter that consumes electrical current. If you have no way to measure current in the line coming from the starter I would recommend asking S&S technical staff to get a base line for starter current draw. With the clutch depressed then only the Centa is causing drag in the system thus raising current.
2019 M3W Sold and is now in Las Vegas enjoying the showgirls :-)
