Sorry don't think it's a +8. There isn't a Morgan badge on the rear of a +8. Also my 1979 had twin rear pipes.
No the 3.9 litre from 1991 up to mid 1997 had a single pipe according to Michael Scarlett’s book There’s also loads of photos showing just the Morgan script badge on the left just as the chequers photo

My 1994 Plus 8 was a single exhaust, the tyres looked too narrow for a Plus 8 on the Times rear view shot to me .

After all that I forgot I could just put the reg into DVLA to get the details and it isn’t a Plus 8 according to their records
It’s down as the engine having 1994 cc’s and being first registered in 1998
So much for my research although I was right on the Plus 8’s from 1991-mid 1997 having single exhausts and also having Morgan script badges

My 1996 Plus 8 had the Morgan script badge and a single exhaust, it now sports a “Plus 8” script badge and a twin sports exhaust (ceramic coated).
