Might be a while before we get another coffee at the AV8 cafe.
An acquaintance visited last week to find a temporary burger type van close to the control tower. The cafe lost its roof in high winds a week or two back. Oh, that's a shame. Hope they're back up and running soon. I like that café.

107 miles today - Haverfordwest Airport for brunch, and then back via Carmarthen.
Did you get to fly today Jon ? Sadly no - very frustrating. The weather was perfect, but a couple of the instructors were out on a medical transport job - for organ transplant I believe.

Drove the mad plus 4 with switchable exhaust back to KH and picked my Mog up from being serviced so two wonderful hour long journeys today ! Asked about the LED headlight upgrade and it can be done so will do this in the next month or so .
Geneva 2016 plus 8' The Green Godess' 4 side exits .

My pal hadn't visited that side of the airfield for quite a long time, so the time element was a bit suspect  To get back to the subject - not on duty 'til lunchtime today, so as it looks to be another nice day a mid-morning trundle across to Malvern in the yellow car seems to be a good move

Is that the Australian coming out in you Graham  Looking forward to a 237 mile trip to my narrowboat at Scarisbrick marina this morning. Will probably leave return journey until tomorrow though
