there actually are radials for MC's now, but they really are a modified radial. (never used them) We had an EML conversion sidecar on our 1200 which had a different set of wheels and we had radial car tires all around. Like the M3W, a sidecar does not lean. Went from wearing out tires every 6-8k to 30+k

What was the reason that Morgan picked the 19” wheels over the much more common 18” wheels? Just to be different, or to get a diameter that would allow for a more stiff (less lateral flex) tire? Probably aesthetics rather than any good technical reason.

well I have received the excelsior V (closed out at $85 from coker). The date on the tires indicate they are 14 years old  It is obvious they were well stored but my recommendation would be DO NOT BUY
