I always have a tenth of a bar less air in the front tyres, so that I can steer better into corners. Now I have new tyres, the same TTrac2 as before. Since my steering wheel was a little crooked, but less than a tooth in the boss, this was also corrected. Cars before the introduction of the camber plate had no negative camber. Cars since about 2012, since there are camber plates according to information from my workshop, they had about 0.5 degrees.

I now have 1 degree negative camber and, like before 1mm toe-in after I had some conversations about this topic. I am very satisfied. The straight run is as good as ever. And the car reacts better to turning in curves.
If the abrasion should be more, no matter at 50€ per tyre. The driving fun is very big and in three years I change the tyres in front again anyway.

I can only speak for the 4/4 with her narrow tires. I don't know what 1 degree negative camber can do with wider tyres on the Morgan, but for the 4/4 with 165/80/15 I can recommend to try it out if you are the more sporty curve driver.

If you want to try it, you have to tell the tyre workshop that the 21 mm nut at the upper end of the king pin has to be loosened before the camber is adjusted. Otherwise the Kingpins will bend and wear very quickly.

Now after approx. 300 km the tyres have very good grip. With very new tyres it was a bit soapy. I can really recommend the adjustment of the camber because it makes the car much more dynamic. In long wide curves at higher speed I feel the car much better and safer with better feedback.
