So selling it is no option - but making the best out of it.
Coffee is very nice if the water is hot enough..,.

Beginning to regret selling it as I didn’t try it using water straight off the boil

Would be nice...
The handpresso does a 120 psi and a very nice crema...

Don`t think the aeropress comes near.
If it does - the price would be a sensation - and yes the handpresso comes for a hipster price>;-)

I've got a Handpresso and I agree that the vacuum flask that comes with it doesn't keep the water hot enough, but I have found that a better quality flask (I use a Thermos Ultimate) does the job reasonably well.

I noticed that Aeropress also have a cold drip attachment.
https://www.aeropress.co.uk/collections/shop/products/puckpuck

This caught my attention because years ago in Tokyo I sampled a cold drip coffee that was being offered in a Mitsukoshi department store to promote the coffee brand. It was an artistic, but Heath Robinson type affair, made using laboratory glassware, tubes, filters and such. I have often thought of building something to emulate it.

At the end the coffee was further chilled by being dripped into a flask with an external ice pocket. The sample I was given in a small paper cup had a dash of chilled cream added. It was absolutely delicious.

Yes, Aeropress will provide 1-3 bar, where espresso needs about 9
Putting a superfine metal filter on the aeropress does increase the pressure ... and the £180 saving will buy you several kgs of nice coffee beans - which will make as much difference as all that extra pressure

And... I use filtered water from a Berkey filter which also helps with the flavour.

I'm not quite fussy enough to brew coffee with a dedicated water filter specifically designed for coffee, but who knows, I may get there one day love

Make it easy, get a Moka pot. All you will need is the backpack stove and a cup.
