I dont know. Its been a long time since I was involved in car importation.You probably need to talk to a Morgan dealer.

R.g. - would be happy to chat over the phone with you sometime as this is a more loaded scenario than you'd initially believe (speaking from experience). I live in Florida and have, with sisyphean effort, tried something very similar over the past couple of years...2010-now.
