Some measure the quality of a car by the price they paid, which I find somewhat strange. The 4/4 being the original 4 wheel True Morgan as most people know as a Morgan, the the +4 , Roadster and + 8 eight are mere derivatives of the original .

I thought the "poverty model" referred to the ones without the proper number of holes in the bonnet!!!
(Of which I owned one and it was a brilliant car)

The registration certificate of my Roadster, lists it as a 4/4 3000.
So, indeed a 4/4 derivative...
