That's interesting. Which ones? Not the EU, I think, because the Sigma engine, excellent though it is, does not meet the latest emissions regulations. Isn't that correct?

I love my (2017) 4/4... in 12/2018 I was thinking about an „Upgrade“ to a Plus 4.
Now I am very happy that I haven‘t the money at this time...

I'm late to the party on this one - sorry.... but is the 4/4 no longer being produced? The model line starts at the Plus 4?

From what's been said on here I think they are available for the rest of the world other than the EU which includes us at the moment. The reason being that the Sigma does not meet the present emissions standards.

They are hoping for a solution within the year I read somewhere for the EU and home market..

More than happy to be corrected it's just what I have gleaned from here.

If the Sigma engine no longer meets the latest emissions regulations, how come it’s still available in the Caterham ?

A good question for Caterham to answer for you.

I know Caterham have many different states of tune so it could be that some have passed the current regulations ?

"Due to new emissions regulations in Europe, the iconic Morgan 4/4 was discontinued in August 2018. A limited number of engines remain for other markets, but now there are only four engines left and production will cease in July 2019.
This is now your last chance to purchase a Morgan 4/4 in its classic naturally aspirated 4- cylinder configuration.
Please contact us urgently, should you wish to place an order."

If they stay with Ford that is most likely I think.
