Novel approach to keeping those rear deck windows shut against the lift of the lower pressure air passing above.

That's an Aero Supersport.
I guess custom made cases sitting on the rear deck/bootlid.
That faired in look around the wheel area has appeared on here in the past...

I remember it being built at the factory. It got damaged en route to the US and had to come back to the factory for repairs. A very Marmite car.
