Video saved to the Watch Later list, so I can watch on the big TV and not the I pad.
But did manage to get out this afternoon, just for a pootle round which in the end was 70 smile filled miles. Being a retired chap I don’t usually go out on Saturday or Sunday just for fun, but had not had the opportunity in the week (and next week is equally busy) so I took the bull by the horns. Traffic was nowhere near as bad as expected, in fact lighter that in the week in some places. (Note to self - stop avoiding the weekend)
Nice drive over to Skipton via Silsden, then up the newly re opened A59 for a bit then left towards Pately Bridge. But it then started to rain, so took about 15 miles off that part of the loop.
Weather was better towards Ilkley though so added at least 15 miles on over the moors before coming home.
Don’t know if every Morgan is the same, but as I sit here writing this I still seem to smell of wood/leather/petrol/oil “old car” smell...lovely ! Hope it doesn’t wear off!

100 mile round trip today to see some friends near Waddington. Took friends hubby out for a swift 25 mile blat around the country lanes. He now wants a Morgan rather badly....
Playing around with tyre pressures on Florence to see what works best on the Yoko’s. Gonna try 22 on front and 23 on rear. One psi higher on each didn’t feel quite right today so will see how it goes tomorrow as off on a longer round trip to see other friends in Thetford Forest area.

The tyres are the suspension. Too hard & you will know it.

What is the make and model of the camera you used to make the video? I am using a Garmin Virb Ultra 30. This camera can record videos in 4K. I only use 1080p with the advantage of excellent image stabilization. With this camera a lot of data can be displayed and also external sensors and accessories can be connected via Bluetooth.

300 Kms from Derry to home following the Church of Ireland Synod - rain for 40 Kms and then dull and cloudy. Trip in Mog restored the good spirits after some rather divisive speeches in Synod. They should go to Rwanda where the true meaning of reconciliation is properly evident!!!
Now smiling again in Co Wexford!

202 mile round trip to friends north of Thetford Forest. Going there via A1, A14 and A11 through fog/mist was a little chilly. Took both of the friends out for a little jaunt in Florence and both commented how the ride was surprisingly comfortable and v enjoyable. Certainly different style to their VW Eos! Back via A134 and Wisbech area and far more enjoyable, partly coz of the sun and partly because hardly any of the journey was on dual carriageways so much more relaxed 😎
As per usual lots of smiles, waves and nice comments at petrol station.
I do love my Moggie more and more with each journey!!!!!! She is perfect in every way 😍
