If the Easy Start Cams are standard issue on the Morgan then I bet that is the source of the low speed tapping coming from the right muffler on the G56 exhausts. Why it is only the right side one can only speculate but my money is on the sequence of the timing and the load.
Does anyone know if other S&S engines experience low rpm tapping? It sure is evident in their videos about the cams but I have not heard anyone mention it being heard in motorcycles.

Just an update. The light is on when I am doing anything but at idle. So I am ignoring it. Last week I made a round trip to Knoxville (400+ miles) and averaged 36 MPG. Still need to download protune, but then I would have to figure out how to use a computer.
