JohnV6, she is a 2019 110 Plus 4. Just over ten weeks old. Phil is going to speak to the factory to see if they have any reports of similar issues before they try and mess around with the wiring. ‘Snot a big deal but wouldn’t mind it getting sorted at some stage so I’ll see what he says.
Hope you had fun with the family.
Cheers
HB

Just back from mid Wales weekender.
Drove up via Neath Valley, passed Penderyn distillery, stopped in Honey Cafe in Bronllys and met a couple of others there. Leisurely drive to Metropole in Llandod.
Yesterday two of us went to Lake Vyrnwy , hotel light lunch, round the lake then back to Metropole. The Lake views stunning as usual. Weather good.
Dinner/dance last night.
Today we were returning home not staying the extra night. It was raining so hood up. Went on a big circuitous route up Elan Valley, Devils Bridge (coffee stop), then across to Aberystwyth and down to Aberaeron . No room to park there as a Classic car event took up some room so carried on down the coast. Went via Aberporth (slight detour) to suss it out for future stops. Ended up the the Cliff Hotel in Gwbert near Cardigan..you must go there for the stunning views). Coffee again as we couldn’t manage a carvery after a good breakfast and lighter meals not available until later. The sunshine got better as we were headed West and East so hood came down. Returned home along Teifi valley to Carmarthen then down to Llanelli. Car has had a quick rinse to wash off the light splashes.

Just lovely to meet up with Claude and see the 12 French Morgan's overnighting in Dartmouth on their final leg of their Welsh English tour including a factory visit. They have had a fortnight with no rain at all.

Sunny both ways and I was floating the whole time. Must have saved some fuel as a result....😇👍👍👍👍👍

You could try a quick fix yourself. Check out RF interference from electric motors in genaral here. Scroll down to wiper motors and try a temporary earth strap from wiper motor casing to a good earth point such as chassis or engine block. If no improvement to issue, capacitor(s) may work as explained in link.

Many thanks Richard. Got excited initially at the thought of making my own flux capacitor but then re-read your message. 😔
Understood approx one word in three on the link. If the power supply goes off in neighbouring Norfolkland, I apologise. It will be my fault and I take responsibility. It’ll just be coz I connected the wrong thingamyjig with the left hand oojamaflip instead of the right hand one.
May give it a miss because I’d really rather keep Florence going if I can and not need an entire rebuild this early on.... but genuinely thanks for the suggestion....
Kindest regards
HB

Ahh, I saw them parked up in MMC car park on Monday? Same day as we had a group from the Roadster 100 section on tour thumbs

Short trip to Scotland. The itinerary included the Falkirk Wheel, the Kelpies, Mull of Kintyre, Glenfinnan Viaduct and a quick look at Skye.

The Falkirk Wheel

The Kelpies

Mull of Kintyre & Lighthouse

Glenfinnan Viaduct

As the local stone was so hard the viaduct was constructed using mass concrete. It was built by Sir Robert McAlpine whose nickname was Concrete Bob. The Kelpies and Wheel are well worth a visit. The A696/A68 through Northumberland is a super drive. The A68 north of the border is not quite as enjoyable.

Yes Graham it was Monday they visited, Claude has the 3.7 Red Roadster with RHD rather interestingly. Front brakes uprated to the racing one's. Great guy he is a dead ringer for Poirot with a great sense of humour the language barrier just melted away.

Claude mentioned that the Roadster100 Register was there and took a photo of the line up.

This is the group heading onto Dartmoor over the cattle grid today enroute for the Plymouth Roscoff ferry and home.
