Fort Augustus to Lindisfarne today. Epic drive but wet.
Since Glen Shee last Saturday the Roadster has been wet through, and is as filthy as its ever been. But what fun.
We've only had the roof down once, from Aboyne to Fort Augustus, and even that meant driving through a wall of hail and heavy low cloud. Twice.
But the roof hasn't leaked, so good news, but I have a bad knee and blisters due to pushing a bit too hard on our epic walks.
It will take a couple of days to clean the Roadster when we get home.

A nice trip out to Kingsbridge nothing of interest on the roads but the Sherman looking good in the sun today with plenty of visitors with it being half term down here. Just painting up a load of 1:144 scale Sherman tanks for a war game tonight Enjoy the game  Is that about 1cm ? They are roughly about 35mm long A man being about 12mm high

Ken we stayed at the Klaus K Hotel on Bulevardi 2-4. Car park underneath but even with hotel discount of 20% it’s over €30 per 24 hours. It’s safe parking and only a mile or so to the train station. Thanks, Stephen, I’ll investigate train times.

Quick run out to St Petrox church at Dartmouth to ring for a wedding, caused quite a stir and lots of photographs and questions from the attendees, nice to spread a little joy around with the Morgan.
It's always a privilege to ring for a wedding 5 ladies and me, feeling a bit outnumbered today.
