Hi Guys, Still not jumped in the Morgan pool yet. For those that are catching the saga just now: 1. I tried to buy a barely broken in 2017 Morgan 3 Wheeler from one of the members of the royal family - FAILED - The car still sits abandoned in a warehouse 2. Tried to place an order from my local dealer - Went out of business - FAIL (Not a loss for the community nor the brand) 3. I tried to place an order with the factory in the UK but have not received any answer to my emails and social media messages (for those interested that conversation started in march). - FAIL 4. Tried buying another one here locally - 2018 with all the bells and whistles but the owner is just delusional on the price- Fail And here comes my 5th attempt: https://www.morgancars-usa.com/2012-morgan-3-wheeler-for-saleIts an early model but the higher miles, the chassis upggrade, fair price and reassuring comments from the kind people at the dealership has got me convinced that this could be the one. Anyone knows the owner? Or the car itself? Anything I should be aware of. As usual you guys have been nothing short of amazing. Best, E.

I’ve seen it at the dealership - lot’s of interesting upgrades. Bill and Tcherek are the best, cannot go wrong working with them. Good luck!

That is a well sorted beauty with the added bonus that it is full fat not being subjected to the recent emissions nonsense emasculating these little rockets.
This is a really great dealership and Tcherek posts regularly on here, she won't sell a car to someone if she thinks it's not the right match I have heard.
Good Luck.

Is that an uprated air cleaner, or (like the cylinder heads) just a US styling of the standard spec? I would try to negotiate a Stage 1 upgrade - it improves the vehicle no end.
If the price and shipping costs suit, go for it. It looks like a well-specified vehicle, although I could not see any mention of the mileage.

Let's hope so. I'm now 2.5 years into this obsession/fever and the only cure is ownership. I've accepted that M3W's are a total russian roulette in terms of ownership experience. This one is aged/matured and seems to have mileage and upgrade under its belt.
The guys from that dealership come highly recommended by friends so unless something requires my presence (and an 18hour flight) i will leave it to friends to check it out.

I would say this M3W was a good buy but there appear to be a few things that I would try and get changed before buying.
1. No mention of a Centa compensator. If a Harley item it needs replacing for Centa. 2. Original exhausts, change for something free flowing. eg. G56 or MMC stage 1. 3. Fit Urban cooling kit with ECU map. 4. Comfort kit looks like an Empire version, change to MMC type as Empire had some issues. 5. Gear lever is in rear position, not to everyones liking?
It looks like it was owned by an enthusiast who must have looked at TM occasionally, from what is fitted, a good thing.

Nice list of upgrades... but they forgot to mention the updated bonnet catches! Er, hood catches...

Not mentioning the Centa is a big thing.
I have to laugh at the Russian Roulette analogy and that this one is 'matured'. If you ever play Russian Roulette the time to 'play' is not after five others have 'won' their turn! Or maybe it's more like, buying a M3W is like playing Russian Roulette with a Glock.
Choose wisely and good luck!
