Sounds like someone has gone legal to me, don't forget there have been at least 2 fatalities that I am aware of in these cars. Not that this/these (not) recall/s is necessarily involved in any way of course.
Really good that TM has issued this information for those 2nd or 3rd hand owners that might not get to hear about these issues.

I was wondering if it was due to the new owners too .
Pity they didn't do this years ago instead of issuing statements claiming that the problems had never happened during normal use .

Any idea if the chassis modification they reference first is the bolt in 'V shaped' brace or is this something different?

My 2012 M3W was back at the factory over the winter to have the very poor work on the chassis replacement and engine modifications, all done in France, totally redone. Pity this work could not have been done at the same time. The nearest semi-competent dealer to me in France is an 18 hour round trip away.

PS Since Morgan know very well that I own the car now (acquired from my brother), having done all this work for me and having all my contact details, it is more than a bit sloppy that they did not contact me. W
