As a quick check:
Stuck throttle - fuel pump and starter work but no spark
Inertia cutout - no fuel pump but starter works
Imobiliser active - no fuelpump or starter.
If you've reset the throttle position I'd check what the default initial value should be, or maybe try it at 0%?
If this fails you may be looking at an ECU or indicator module problem. Useful checklist there Chris. If only we could make this kind of info 'sticky' on TM!

You say you can smell fuel with the plugs out but have you checked the fuel pressure at the test port on the top of the engine, it should be 58psi or thereabouts.

Stuck throttle - fuel pump and starter work but no spark at the moment that's my default behaviour ;-) also without stucking the throttle ... Inertia cutout - no fuel pump but starter works
Fuel pump is working anytime (after ingnition on). What I'm wondering: starter sometimes works without deactivating the immobilizer via Dongle , sometimes not ... Imobiliser active - no fuelpump or starter.
there is a bunch of cables from/to the immobilizer, i'm afraid they are cutting more than only pump and starter .. ? I will measure this tomorrow, using the wiring plan this is now possible. If you've reset the throttle position I'd check what the default initial value should be, or maybe try it at 0%?
Verified that today. The throttle position displayed in ProTune is 10%, 0,31V , exactly the values I'd seen before , where the engine was runnig properly . So that seems not to be the problem. If this fails you may be looking at an ECU or indicator module problem.
The ECU is 'talking' with proTune and shows no faults, what is the indicator module ?? Thanks for your help !

I made a "bypass" plug so that at least could get mobile if such was to happen again which cables you are bypassing ? And where you can plugin your plug ? Or did you replace the Immobilizer modul by this plug ? Good Idea btw.... ;-) Thorsten

Is there something that can be plugged into the OBD Port to diagnose such problems? You can connect an M$ Laptop with S&S Protune software installed via USB to the ECU. This allows you to read a lot of live data and to read and delete faults and warnings stored in the ECU. But in my case , there is nothing faulty, the ECU means evrything is ok. ;-)

I have no Microsoft stuff anymore and have not missed them, but this might be an exception.

On my unit a number of circuits go into and out off the immobiliser unit via white plug. You can see the wiring and plug unit on the wiring diagram in the M3W parts book. Page 66
The bypass plug simply rerouted the ins to the outs.
Morgan can supply this plug. Your local dealer may have some spare as I believe they are used during delivery transportat.
I had difficulty getting the right plug style, found one online finally, so probably easier to ask a dealer

It seems like that elusive part and its source should be in the parts book here on TM.
