Hi Phil, My clutch problems continue. My M3W is a 2015 manufacture. The clutch failed at 4800km. it has happened again at 4800km. the original repair was done by the Sydney Australia Morgan service agency. the repair included a new slave cylinder, spigot bearings & Centa rubbers. this time they are replacing both the master cylinder & the slave cylinder. I drive the car carefully to avoid lugging & keep the rpm around 2800 minimum. It seems something is out of alignment. What do you recommend? will your Centa bearing kit solve the problem & how much will it cost? I have a good mechanic who specialises in MGs & vintage cars. Regards, Ken Jones
Please keep us in touch with progress Ken. I trust this is resolved soon as you have had a shocking run with this new M3W.... How goes it Ken?. All fixed?

Finally bit the bullet & purchased Phil's Cush drive assembly to replace the Centa Coupling. including a new clutch plate . Phil provided a wealth of details & the local Morgan Service Agent, Cremorne Prestige did an excellent job. Gone are the nasty shudders, particularly when stopping & the revs drop to idle passing through 2000rpm. As Phil describes, I can drive smoothly at 2000rpm which means 60kph in fourth gear. Even the large Aussie style wing mirrors stopped vibrating! It is now a pleasure to drive. Also took the advice to enlarge the bell housing to allow donut replacement without dismantling the engine & drive assembly. The new oil seal is a plus. The Bleazey Cush Dive with extra bearing seems to solve a design fault which allowed the Centa Coupling to go out of balance if the donuts wear or disintegrate unevenly, which happened very quickly with my M3W.
