Nice trip out yesterday to Cranfield for the AutoFest. Only one other Morgan there (silver/grey Roadster - think it may have been the same one I saw at Stratford a few weeks back, but didn't get to chat to the owner).

Had a good natter with three other Morgan owners who'd come in/on different forms of transport.

Usual commute into work in her this morning.....

Quick trip down the coast to Turnberry. Popped in for a coffee...but no sign of Mr President.

Good to see the cars were all reliable

Up to Tan Hill Inn, down to Sedbergh, then to Hawes and back into Swaledale.
No photos as far too busy enjoying the drive. (and the scenery).

Lovely afternoon run out to Buckfastleigh, Newton Abbott, Totnes return a good 60 miles with an MGB (with roof up) Morris 1000 and a Triumph 2000. They all waved including a couple of young ladies in a red Polo it's good to know my 20 year old has still got it.

About 250 miles today, from Lampeter to Chichester, as I hear there's a speed festival in the area...

Started with roof but no sidescreens - expecting sunburn - but it was a little more cloudy than expected, plus the noise of the roof flapping was really nasty above 50mph or so.

Did about 100 miles with no roof or sidescreens, but then decided my ears needed a rest from the buffeting - especially after a long stretch of dual carriageway and M4!

Finished the journey with sidescreens and only mild sunburn! And really not liking the M27....

Also - was followed by one of the last Plus 8s - the "8" in the grill, and (I think) green bodywork with yellow detail. Down the A36, just before the A303 turning, at about 2pm I reckon.

But heading off to MMC in a while, so taking the yellow car
