The poppies in the corn fields were spectacular John, it is a lovely scenic road I never tire of it.

I think the strawberry selling stalls are out numbering the Stonehenge visitors now, I lost count grin2.

Down to Felixstowe for a walk along the sea to Felixstowe Ferry. This tome we also walk along the banks of the Deben to see the hippos & the diver.

Had a great drive in Austria, the Grossglockner , weather somewhat variable but a great drive nonetheless. Plenty of interest in the Plus 4. Car felt at home in this alpine environment. sorry no images , will have to master how to post them. Another few dates in Austria then home via Germany and Belgium.
Happy motoring

GKT, if you drive through Germany have a stay at Berchdesgaden or even better Ramsau nearby, one of the nicest places in Germany. Have a boat trip on the Königssee or a walk in the Zauberwald.

Worcestershire to Harwich on the old route via Buckingham, Milton Keynes, and Baldock that I used to use before they built the A14. The bit around Milton Keynes and ten miles the other side has changed out of all recognition.

We drove the Grossglockner last year - loved it. It is a brilliant road.
Still working on swmbo regarding driving Stelvio next year.

I didn't think the Stelvio was worth it, too busy and lots of idiots. The Furka & Simplon are good.
The St Bernard we enjoyed.
Our all time favourite was this one the Fluela pass which is near the Stelvio.
