If you go into "Use Full Editor" you can attach a file but it can't be larger than 1K.

There is something wrong with the clutched out of the air emissions figures.

They use the figures from the Supra (which has a higher output engine about 375-380 bhp - see car throttle) but that car is lighter than the Z4 which has lower figures.

The Mog being 400 kg lighter should have an effect on the emissions figures.

Don't give drag figures as an answer to the anomaly drag barely comes into it at legal speeds

Guys, don't worry the engine note being too muted.

I used to frequent the BMW M Power forum.

Several people with M135 or M140's - would remove the stock exhaust and "upgrade".....this engine is seriously fruity with the right kit on it!

Moreover, there are several German tuning companies - that can fit auto opening exhaust, that are serious loud but then can be closed, so you can get the best of both worlds?

MOG magazine put a sountrack up on their Faceache page which was very underwhelming it has to be said.

I'm sure the aftermarket will keep Librands and the like afloat selling something sporty.

So fit a ZF manual box in it and it'll fly off the shelves wink

I know that feeling. The Fezza has a replacement exhaust with valves and putting your foot down brings out a level of noise that is way past the "fruity" and ino "just noise".

I have always had an extra tailbox on all my Morgans. I find the long section from silencer to tailpipe creates a harsh noise that irritates my hearing. If the exhaust goes out the side it is noisy but strangely less harsh. Side exhausts for the +6? Got to be. At 166 mph exhaust noise would be the least of my worries. Staying in the cockpit would be foremost.

Titus you might want to speak to an exhaust specialist. Many exhausts can be bought with or without a "resonator" which is meant to take the drone out of the sound.
In yoooffff tuning circles they will often delete these to make the Honda/Nissan 1.3 sound like a rorty1.31 monster that they think it is.

When I had my GTR33 many years ago I deliberatly got a dual pipe system with resonators to remove the motorway drone and also raise the note from the single large pipes which were deep and loud as a result.

Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.
