Since moving the pedal box forward to position 4 and adding a KH steering wheel spacer it’s much more comfortable but there is no way I could cover the distances talked about here
After a couple of hours I get terrible bum and leg ache, I blame it on having only hard physical jobs and basically wearing my body out😥

Have done a fair bit over 500 miles in a day and fairly frequent 300 mile days. The longest runs I've had were mainly motorway blasts across Germany and across France in 30 to 35 degree heat (not Fahrenheit!) and felt a bit like sitting in a very large hair drier for several hours. Have also done just south of Malvern to Aberdeen in January in one hit...that didn't feel remotely like being in a hair drier. laugh

Shropshire to Aberdeenshire 440 miles in Novemeber +6C. It started raining as I approached Carlisle & got heavier. My full face helmet was misting up & I had to stop. In better conditions 2 hours is max before needing to get out to stretch & ease numb bum.

I find that a piece of wood under the front of the seat helps with the angle and is much more comfortable on a long trip. A bit of 45mm square under my seat forward edge and another smaller section half way back to support the middle works well for me. Longest single trip was just over 500 miles in a day from Germany back to Lincolnshire. A short break for the tunnel was good, worst part of the journey was the M25, as always.

Analyzing my road trip's GoPro footage, my longest leg (in rain so not much fun in stopping) was 1hr 50'. Usual leg was 55'. Use a seat back-support cushion...

Yes it's only 137 miles or thereabouts.

You should be fine driving that in a day, approximately 134 miles depending on your route. If it were me, I’d make a couple of stops, one for lunch + a comfort break. If you felt like making an extra stop, make sure it’s near a cafe 😀. Probably a good idea to take a flask or bottle of water to sip.

Anything’s feasible Osten - if you’re tough enough! 🙃🤪

I thought you were planning to stop overnight in Snowdonia, but as it’s a return journey the same day you may want to reconsider. There’s no point in forcing things if you’re not enjoying it. On the other hand, you may still have a big grin on your face and want to keep going. The thing is, you won’t know until you try it.
I’d give myself a couple of options, a shorter one, and if you find your still comfortable, carry on to Snowdonia. drive
