FR : photos de la construction de mon échappement sur mesure chez BFR Exhaust Belgium. Cahier des charges = suppression du catalyseur, doublement des flexibles de pots, suppression des grilles de protection, montage en rigide (suppression de silentblocs) Le premier flexible est caché par un feux silencieux, le deuxième flexible est juste devant le silencieux GB : pictures of the construction of my tailor-made exhaust system at BFR Exhaust Belgium. Specification = removal of the catalyst, doubling of the hoses of the exhaust, removal of the protective grids, rigid mounting (removal of silentblocs). The first exhaust hose is hidden by a silent lights, the second hose is right in front of the muffler :  Montage sur silentblocs avant de passer en rigide :    Puis montage en rigide :

Very nice! Would love to have a video of the sound.
The spring connection is visually a nice touch, but do they resonate with engine revs?

The springs do not move, and do not melt any noise. And they participate in the racing look

Well done nestor but why the rigid mounting, does that not transmit noise through the side panels? Not sure I would want to do without the protective grids & burn my trousers or leg getting out.

FR : avec les nouveaux silencieux, les echappements chauffent moins, c'est vrai qu’ils sont chaud mais pas au point de se bruler ou se blesser.
pour les vibrations : pas de probème, les 2 flexibles de pots suppriment 95% des vibrations emisent par le moteur....
je roule en rigide depuis 6 mois et je n’ai pas de problème pour le moment
UK : with the new mufflers, the exhausts heat up less, it is true that they are hot but not to the point of being burned or hurt.
for the vibrations: no problem, the 2 hoses suppress 95% of the vibrations emitted by the engine ....
I ride in rigid for 6 months and I have no problem for the moment
