Ivormog, the MTW is classified as a tricycle in France and not a car, so it is subject to the same regulations as a three-wheeled scooter, so there is no technical control, and very few legal obligations. ..

The look is fabulous!! But that means that you don't really have the intention to use it on rainy days? Or are the mudguards useless anyway?
