This is a test report to my taste. Not only the positive and very comprehensible result regarding the Plus 6 but also the tasteful and sophisticated level and style of the author. Plus the nice pic under the rainbow.

I've got to stop reading these reviews! I've put off driving one...why? I might want one. will NOT buy into that idea. You need a bit of negotiation. Something nice to do with horses will do the trick

Loved that review - this car IS different (even compared to a Ferrari - Howard) this sums it up for me:
The Plus 6, though, is a watershed moment for Morgan and a mammoth achievement; it requires less compromise than any previous model while still delivering wholeheartedly on the pub-lunch-in-the-countryside charm that's expected (or demanded) of a sports car from the Malvern hills. As a modern take on a much-loved formula that's decades old, injecting usability without removing significant emotional appeal, it must be marked a resounding triumph.
Great write up....I want one even more now......
Mark

One "other" point to note:
You can pick up a 2013 F-Type for £30K - I doubt a Morgan Plus 6 will lose XX% of its value in 5 years!!

That’s a great review and, I felt both positive and balanced. Thanks for posting this FW. Not heard before that it’s more economic than the Plus 4. I average now between 40-44 on most trips so would be interested to see real world figures for the Plus 6. It really seems to have a lot going for it, doesn’t it. Not had a test drive yet (deliberately resisted), but again all the bits myself and Lady HB are reading means she is interested.....even though there is no way we could get one for at least two more years. This could work well in terms of any issues being ironed out.... HB

Good to see the Plus Six being appreciated. We all need this car to succeed to keep Morgan in production. Something I think we all support.

Really? When the person who wrote the report rates important such things as " subtle modern touches like multi-spoke alloy wheels, digital dash and LED lights.". I wonder if the writer is old enough to grow a beard yet.

I hope not - the audience MMC need to attract are the younger drivers with the cash that might otherwise be spent on something German or Italian for weekend use. Us old farts won’t buy enough Plus 6’s for them to recoup their investment.

I think you're a lost cause Howard, but some Plus Sixes will be bought by old blokes (like you) who want the experience. And the beard is optional...…... The thing is, a Plus Six is way more useable than any exotic car, because you can just go touring, and the car will open doors, which would otherwise not be opened. Morgans are welcomed everywhere, that's how it is. But I would give it a couple of years to let the testers highlight any issues first. By then you'll be sick of your Ferrari anyway, based on past performance...…..
