It is super simple as LightSpeed says, what fooled me is you have to take the bolt out to let the column slide up so you can rotate it to select another position. Yes, it is keyed in a fashion like the ball detents on the quick release, but done with that clamp bolt.

AZ best check that you are getting the same amount of steering lock left & right. The wheel could be off if the track rod ends have not been equally adjusted when fitted.

Start the process with the wheels pointed straight ahead so you will have exactly the same rack position as before.
