Since my home sits about 25 feet above the ocean maybe I should start building an ark. You will make it big enough to fit 2 Aero's, 2 Trad and 2 M3W's right ?
Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.

My home is about 1' above High Tide. In the 40 years I have lived here I have been flooded about 5 times during storms. Original house built in 1928.
