Silly question perhaps.
I've got the standard Morgan "cyclops" third brake light over the top of the spare wheel.
Got spare wheel with mohair cover so cant really see the mounting very well.
Noticed today that it was a bit "wobbly" and needs tightening up.
Save a lot of grief and wasted time can somebody tell me where and what type of screws/bolts or what and how to get to them - on the outside (which needs the spare wheel to be removed) or from the inside or indeed both for nuts/bolts.??

Four crosshead wood screws into the frame at random angles...……
Remove the spare to get access.

Thanks very much was hoping not to remove spare but hay ho. Feel a bit daft as after posting I remembered I had a pdf of manual of parts and found it there....as you say 4 screws.

I wish they'd used a template to get the spacing even and the holes square...………...

I had same problem with the cyclopse. I kept tightening the screws but I think vibration and possibly contact between the spare wheel and arm of light when bouncing along the road always loosened it.
Thicker screws cured the issue.

Ensure the spare is well inflated. Does that lighten the rear end ?

Of course it does & on mine it holds that light in place.

Ensure the spare is well inflated. Does that lighten the rear end ? Especially if filled with helium.

This is getting silly - the Helium will no doubt escape from the tyre same as balloons so you will have to constantly re-fill....and...you will have to fit a rear spoiler to increase the downforce to compensate...you really didn't think this through!!!
