Took a few pictures yesterday of some of the machinery at Llanerchaeron, a small National Trust place on the road between Lampeter and Aberaeron. The cafe does nice bacon rolls too!

Our closest town is Thetford, home of Charles Burrell's works, now in part a museum.

Burrell museum looks good Richard. As one who very occasionally gets a chance to go steam ploughing that is another place I must visit

Thanks for posting those she is a beauty, that place looks well worth a visit.

That looks to be in the same area as the old Smedley ? canning factory and Fogarty which was known as the feather factory at the time.
My girlfriend at that time used to work at the cannery during the Uni holidays, and her brother at the feather factory back in the very early 70's, the family home was in Abbeygate with the Abbey ruins at the bottom of the garden. I went on to marry her even though she was engaged to someone else at the time but that's a whole different story.

Must pay the museum a visit for old times sake when we next go over to Norfolk together with a KH visit.

Jon, thanks for the tip off, Mrs M likes our Mog trips tracking around the Welsh coast with the quiet roads and unspoilt beaches
