I have had this rattle since day one of ownership. It is a new 2019 3 Wheeler that is 4 months old. Please disregard the distorted video but please do listen to the sounds. Any thoughts as to what it could be? The rattle

Difficult to tell from the video but at a guess, loose drive belt .

Is it coming from behind your drivers seat? If so it could be the rollover valve, it does rattle and mine does when going over rough ground or pulling away.

I agree with Britmog.
I hear a number of different rattles, but the most persistent, when you were on the main road at a constant speed I would relate to the rollover valve, which is just behind you in the rear compartment.
I have not been able to eliminate this sound from mine, but have reduced it drastically by tie wrapping the rollover valve tightly to fuel lines in the vicinity.

No, the sound is definitely in front, like transmission forward.
I have been experimenting with putting slight pressure on the shift lever in various directions to see if it makes a difference, which it might oh so slightly.
The rattle is more pronounced when the clutch is beginning to engage.

Do you have either Morgan footwell box or the one under the hood? The door on mine sometimes is a bit noisy.

Could be coming from the steering wheel boss,i seem to remember that someone had posted about packing the boss to take up the slight slack which can cause the ratle
