I watched and enjoyed the first series and of course last nights episode too. The guys ages must just about cover the timespan of those who might own or have interest in a Trad Morgan and have a desire to seek out country roads on which to enjoy it..?
Interesting that it is scheduled for Sat night viewing, I wonder how long it might be before it turns up as a repeat on day time TV with a few funeral services adds thrown in ... (-:
Wonderful countryside, and I thought the drone scenes added so much towards extending a real feel for the possible enjoyment of driving a Morgan through such surroundings, having been fortunate enough to have done quite a bit of that myself, and right up till a week or so ago, while trying to capture some GoPro vid of my local roads, for a time when I may not have the privilege of being able to enjoy such pleasures..
When the Mog`s underside scraped a tad I can imagine many of us who have heard similar sounds while driving, cringed somewhat..? If you have never scratched your underpinnings, you may not have enjoyed the pleasure of adventures on roads less travelled (-: I have done so more than once, fortunately my Mog`s sump is tin, and not ally so it can take a scrape or two, which is just as well..(-:
I thought the prog provided a reasonably accurate insight as to what it might really be like to travel around country roads in a Morgan for those who have never done so, as opposed to that which one might expect as the product of some auto advertising company, thus I look forward to seeing the rest of the series.
On the other hand if an advertising company wants to make a vid of a couple of lovelies exploring the countryside in a Morgan... I suspect I might just watch every episode of that too.... (-:

I wonder if they keep the hood up to make recording easier? Changing sun angles and road noise would make it quite difficult I imagine.
I enjoyed it, mainly for the Morgan footage. Considering a 40 year friendship, I find their relationship a little stilted on camera, and they also seem very awkward when meeting people. I suppose subconsciously I'm expecting a car version of Great Canal Journeys which is one of my favourite shows, mainly due to the relationship between Tim West and Prunella Scales.

I liked the programme ..but I am biased living close to the action !!!
I miss my all black 4/4..it does suit a Morgan slim hipped car..and the featured car with a side exhaust sounded great !!!
They both did very well getting in and out at their ages.
I f you ever get bored or think you want a change from your Morgan re-watch the series..there is nothing like the look and drive of the long bonneted, extensively louvred Morgan !!!

A great program, it communicated, in a wonderfully understated way, just what owning and driving is all about. Kev, you are a fortunate person, living with those roads on your doorstep. Tempting to go up next year.

Pity they still shut the door onto the roof side flaps! That aside, a very enjoyable program. And...food for thought at last for the designers at MMC, pondering on what to replace the Sigma with...STEAM! Top speed of 75mph is good enough.

When it had finished Mrs. W. said: "We must go back to Yorkshire again for a holiday". I think that episode has done as much to promote the dales as it has Morgan.

Incidentally, I noticed the car is the same one that appears on the 4/4 page of the MMC website: morgan-motor.com/44car/ ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2019/10/13/44-02.png)

Morgan 4/4 in God`s own county - perfection! (Just wish they would not close the doors on the hood flaps and should go topless a bit more - but understand about the noise & sun etc. - but the bit with the top off seemed OK.

We don't drive the Dales as often as we should, but early morning is best, before the great unwashed clog up the lanes.
