Also from me Richard. These updates and photos keep me in touch. Gosh, doesn't a Spitfire look good in the raw aluminium? We are so used to seeing them in military colours but the polished gem is special.
It does make the outline more stand out for me, just spectacular, I don't think a lot of people realise just how incredible this undertaking is I can't wait for them to touch down in Goodwood once more Kerry.
The latest from the team - Unfortunately, the weather is not being kind to us and we've been on the ground for 3 days in Kagoshima. We will update you all when the picture improves.

Another update from the team today from their FB site they are now at Bangkok airport..
We have successfully completed an epic and potentially dangerous portion of our circumnavigation attempt in the last week or so. Crossing these huge expanses of water is no small feat in a 1943 original Supermarine Spitfire. Flying through Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Vietnam and then above stunning Jungle canopy as we flew into Thailand over Laos. The welcomes we have received at every step have been hugely humbling. The team are now in Bangkok having been received by the Royal Thai Air Force. Everywhere we go, this wonderful machine truly does bring people together.

The team have landed in Abu Dhabi. Over the last few days we have enjoyed some incredible hospitality in India and been wowed by some beautiful landscapes flying through Pakistan.
