My most recent, and last, edition to lighting of my M3W.

Now in dim lighting conditions cars alongside me or close to me will know I want to turn. Having only the turn indicators only visible from directly in front of me just didn’t seem right.

Excellent installation Stephen! In fact, I'm thinking that a small red light in the back of the mudguards should be considered! Or at least put a reflector. I'm concerned that anyone passing you, at night, doesn't realize how large the M3W really is, as the front wheels, with the black covers, are not so easy to "see"; and the tail lights might suggest you're as narrow as a motorcycle

I guess, Stephen, that your M3W is much more visible than others. Safer then. Excellent job.

But don't go much further! Or it will look like a Guatemalan bus (love those, buy the way, but their lights are too much confusing at night! . I hate driving close to them as you never know what they'll do!). No offense please

As to lamps low on the tear of the fenders a reflector or reflective tape might do.

The Guatemalan buses are pretty amazing. They have come a long way from the dangling bells and tapestry inactive ornamentation.

I ran the wires under the fender to the center down tube fender support. I drilled a small hole in the top of the down tube, deburred the hole and ran the wire down inside it. I sealed the top of the tube/hole so the wire would not wiggle and chaff and also seal off the hole from water and dirt getting into it. Then I slid armor flex plastic sheathing, the same stuff Morgan uses, up the pipe from the exit. I made a generous bend at the bottom of the loop and took the cable up to the top of the A-Arm and across to the pivot and made the connection there since it was the least amount of movement for the wiring.

It all works fine but I intend on adding a quick disconnect, waterproof, for removal of the fender to change wheel/tires.
