Today on the border between Italy and Switzerland was simply (pleasantly) crazy. 22/24C degrees. 800mt on the sea level.

Today on the border between Italy and Switzerland was simply (pleasantly) crazy. 22/24C degrees. 800mt on the sea level. Ale. We should try to organise another meet up some time. I don't know if it will be possible before the snow sets in but it would be great to organise something.

I don't know if it will be possible before the snow sets in but it would be great to organise something. Definitely we have to! Even a lunch/dinner in Milan with Borghi, if you want. For me it's not a big deal to come from Zurich during the WE.

I'm beginning to forget what driving Tarka feels like!
So far 19 days away and another 6 or 7 to go. So 24/25 days in total.
The bill seems to be escalating, as well. But as the car will have almost all new front suspension and upgraded rear coil-over units I have great expectations.
To add insult to injury the garage has been occupied by SWMBO's C43.

Drove along the river at Pangbourne this afternoon on the way to meet the family at Basildon. The sun was out and the beauty of the colours of the trees reflecting back on the river made one feel lucky to be alive and free.
It is the time of year to remember the debts we owe to the fallen.

A call from Williams.
It seems that there is a risk I'll be driving Tarka on Friday.
MMC have found the parts, other bits are on the way and it should all come together tomorrow.
I can't wait!
