Really want knock-ons (Assume trumpy new if I were to replece the wires?)
No white or ivory
Not too worried about miles. I think I've seen all the dealer cars out there but wondered if any private sellers on here?

Youve probably seen this one local to me which Ive looked at but its been reduced in price recently. It was previously sold by Lifes Morgan some time ago when it was circa £81K and has now been reduced to £70K with the same mileage on the clock. Bowker Ribble Valley

This is a pretty special one with a Kevlar lid or mohair easy up option and a private seller. Le Mans Plus 8![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2019/11/17/52.png) ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2019/11/17/53.png) The Morgan Light weight Alloys do come up every now and again but fairly rare and not cheap.

That looks like a Simmonds hood not an Easy Up. Interesting that it is compatible with the hard top.

It is indeed a Simmonds hood, and I think that's why the hardtop is compatible. The rear of the Simmonds is held by two over centre clamps just like the hardtop, and at the front the Simmonds channel doesn't require any gubbins to get in the way of the header rail of the hardtop. I love the idea of a hardtop, but with a short-door car like mine I think it would entry and egress a challenging experience...

Yes you are right Rovert, I read the advert quickly and thought the car would suit Lee nicely and I was also interested in the compatability of the two roofing systems. A nice set of Lightweight Morgan alloys and job sorted.

Indeed it is a lovely car. (Also the most expensive non-racing +8 I have seen)

I don't think that the hard top is secured at the rears by Over Centres, If they are they will be the complete reverse of the Simmonds ones. Also the Hard Top was originally designed for the trad screen, a lot different from the Simmonds one. I also like the idea of a hard top, but in the (slim) chance of finding one it is nice to know that they can be adapted.

I really don’t like wires on a Morgan. I need it to look tough.
Unfortunately the lightweight 16” are not on the parts system any more
