I have a 2103 July production M3W, my understanding is that as Wilson's picture shows it's pedals with the M3W logo that are affected. my pedals do not have the logo so I assume are not affected. It is only the pedal box design with the M3W logo cut into them that is affected by this recall. The later type of pedal box is a different design, probably to fix the problems with the early type?

It does not surprise me that Morgan does not know which vehicles have what.... Your M3W has an lower serial number than mine, and mine arrived about the time you were ordering yours.

I confirm my pedal box is not the same of yours wilson
Seems to be not affected
But my answer was about not being contacted by mmc despite A warning advice for 2012/2013 models

Are there other, less obvious, errors? Like... assy, random capitals in Brake, and vs an, there vs their, spaces missing from postcodes - appalling and clearly not proof read

That letter is packed with so many marvellous errors of grammar, spelling and punctuation it could be used as an exercise for English language students. See how many examples you can identify in this one sentence: " If the pedal was to fail, then it may cause the Brake pedal to fail in operation." Wonderful stuff.
