I ll send the walbro for expertise at walbro Factory Any chance you have the leads from the Walbro to the top of the fuel pump housing the wrong way round? If the pump is running backwards it might be an issue.

With the walbro
We try it outside in A fuel tank it was ok
We try it on board with Only the Line to the engine it was ok
We try it on board with the complete Line except the fuel filter ok
we try it with the filter And fusible was out
We ve done the same with A new fuel filter And fusible was out
We try it on board complete fuel line and fusible 20 ampère the wire heat a lot
Wait and see walbro expertise

Any chance you have the leads from the Walbro to the top of the fuel pump housing the wrong way round? If the pump is running backwards it might be an issue.
