Looks to me as though the Fergie has not been moved in a very long time and has sunken into the mud!  Tires appear to have been allowed to go flat and several engine components have gone astray....?  Shameful......

The Fergie is a kids playground item at a NT property called Parkwood.

There are Fergies like that buried in nearly every farmers field in Wales, largely ignored, until you show any form of interest and they're suddenly 'very rare' and worth £5000.....
