Has anyone any idea of the real financial backers of the company now as they have held on to their Morgan Dealership.

Bit of a history here.
First there was the RPM companies number SC338528 and also SC393360.
The were both liquidated around 5 years ago.
Then by magic Revolutions appeared from the dust as two companies.
The two companies that recently run Revolutions one the maintenance and garage services side SC456832 and the other the car sales side SC456829 have gone in to liquidation and at a creditors meeting recently as advised on the liquidators website he advised the creditors they had run out of money.
The accounts for 2018 are around 6 months late but that is now the liquidators job to put the accounts to the creditors..
At the same time we have Morgan delivering a Plus 6 demonstrator in September or so.
The new company that is running Revolutions has his 21 year old son as the only director.
PATERSON GROUP SCOTLAND LTD SC637393
Therefore, I assume that someone or some company rather than a 21 year old son of the director who ran out of funds is paying the bills to Morgan for their cars and to the garage staff for their wages.

Hello Eddie,
Not quite sure what has prompted you to try and investigate the background of Revolutions, our Morgan dealership.
Seeing as you have, you have obviously caused concern with some of our customers who have seen your posts.
Suffice to say, Revolutions is open for business as normal and those that fund us will wish to remain anonymous to all, other than ourselves and the directors of The Morgan Motor Company. How any company is structured behind the scenes should have little relevance to the general public.
The future of Morgan in Scotland under Revolutions is particularly well secured and in the interests of our customer confidence we would very much appreciate that this thread be removed.

An interesting bit of company history there that must have been in the public domain so no harm done.

Yes it would be incredibly naïve to invest in anything without a Companies House search as far as I'm concerned too.

It is fair to say that a deal is a two way trade, both parties need to feel they are safe. There is nothing I can see above to say that the hard work by the Revolutions team is being dismissed. It is a difficult market for all car companies right now, resellers included. This stupid Brexit economy has caused most people to become justifiably cautious. Someone needs a real slap for putting us all in this mess.
Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.

Wow. That's quite something, using your first post to ask for a thread to be taken down. Which of the Forum rules you think Eddie has broken ? I agree with OZ, I don't think Eddie is asking anything unreasonable.
Giles. Mogless in Paris.
