If we're going that route, I'd prefer the Blue Train Bentley by Gurney Nutting.

But let's both get back on topic and let us know your choice from the two on offer Richard? Talbot Lago or Bugatti Atlantic? wink

Bugatti then, something about the shape and form of the rear wings wins it over for me thumbs

In many ways, so would I( beacause- to pay lip service to Ettore Bugatti- I like fast lorries) but as Aeroman indicates, that's off the thread because with the T-L and the Bug we really are trying to compare like with like ( in the design/ philsophy sense at least)
Me? I'm for the T-L, although the Molesheim cars are superb

No apology needed Brian- and I quite take your point about the actual 'photo itself having an influence. They are both delicious designs but- and I suspect this is a small 'niggle' with a lot of people- as beautiful as they are, there is always a small corner of my mind which thinks ,' yeah but what would they do with a REAL engine under the bonnet?) hide

1560 don't let her read this thread......
G I am flattered you rate me so highly, but I wouldn't want to break up 1560s happy domestic situation.

If she does read the thread then I will get concerned wink
