Thanks chaps sorry such poor quality and the issues it was really to show the magnificent high viz brake light that Dave Wellings kindly made for me over Christmas what a star the guy is that’s really solved the problem for me blocking off any chance of seeing the OE light when I have even the spare wheel on the back let alone my mobility scooter

I took the liberty of correcting the orientation (it was on its side). I hope you don't mind Collin.

In theory there is a part of the EXIF code which should take care of orientation issues but it doesn't always work or the codes may have been stripped during processing.

The developer of the site script has been asked if it is possible to implement a function to rotate images but so far it has not been implemented.

For anyone interested in the technical side I use FileZilla FTP software to download and upload the files (only possible by site administrators) and simply rotated them using PaintShop Pro which I have been using before Corel purchased the original developer Jasc Software.

I'm happy to do this on request if someone has this problem with an image.

Two errors, the extra http:// prefix and the fact it's followed by a link to the web page not the image on it.

If you just copy the BB code option under Embed codes and paste that into your post it should look like this:

Fair point. Let's try and explain it like this:

1. Every digital photograph is stored in a computer as a digital file with a name. The name nearly always has 2 parts, separated by a "." and the second part is usually "jpg" or "jpeg". The first part depends on what your camera or phone is configured to do. It really doesn't matter what the file name is, and it can be changed if you want.

2. The Talk Morgan image server is a website that lets you store pictures on the internet rather than on your camera, phone or the computer you have in your house. To let other people see your pictures you upload them from your computer to the Website. Think of it as being like a ginormous photo album. When you upload a picture it gets stuck onto a page in the album.

3. Talk Morgan itself is a different sort of website, it's designed to let people have conversations and share information. These sorts of websites are called Bulletin Boards, often abbreviated to BB.

4. When you want to show a picture in a post on the Talk Morgan, you have to tell TalkMorgan what the name of the picture is and how to find it. You do this by typing some special characters. These are called "tags" and there's one at each end of the information as to where your picture is. Tags always start and end with a square bracket like "[" and "]" and an image tag has the letters "img' in it. In order to tell TalkMorgan that it's the end of the information you add in a "/" just after the first square bracket, so the whole thing will look like this:



So this bunch of special characters or codes need to embedded in the text of our post at the point where we want the picture to appear.

5. As we know, internet addresses always start with the characters "http://" or "https://" so these need to be at the start of the address. Now we need to put in the information as to what page on the photo album the picture is stored. So we add in "https://www.tm-img.com/image/evOkR"

6. And lastly we of course need to put in the name of the actual picture we want to show, so we need to add "IMG_0011.jpg" so the whole image tag now looks like:



7. "Blinkin' flip, Tim, that's a bit bloomin' complicated!" I hear you say. "How am I supposed to know what all these fancy codes are and how to embed them in my post?". Well of course the answer is that you're not. The Talk Morgan Image Server does all the heavy lifting for you, and it provides all the necessary tags properly formatted for you. All you have to do is copy and paste the right tag into your post.

SO: We know that Talk Morgan is a bulletin board (BB). Therefore to Embed the correct Codes into our post, we look underneath our picture and click on the 'Embed Codes' section. Then we scroll down to the 'full image' section and copy the "BBcode" tag. Then all we have to do is paste this into our post wherever we want the picture to appear, like so:
