I just installed the Bleazey bevel box kit and it was a bit of a choir but not too difficult. I certainly know my Morgan better though still scratching my head on the rear shocks and how difficult it is to get the lower shock tower bolt through the hole. It is very difficult for me to get the bottom bolt into the shocks as the swing arm does not lower enough at least on my Morgan.

On the drive belt I don't know how many people check their belt but my was surprising slack before the install and would move 1 1/2" and was rubbing the swing arm a little. Easy enough to fix and I guess I should have paid more attention to it. For the belt itself it seems to stay all the way on the left side/drivers side. I adjusted it some and it stayed there so figured this is where it is meant to be. Is that where the belt is suppose to reside? My recollection for motorcycles they always want the belts to run on the right side closer to the wheel though the Morgan and a motorcycle are very different animals so it makes sense for the belt to run where it is as there is not a ring on the inside of the front pulley.

Another item I found interesting is how much drag there is to spin the wheel. Maybe because when you turn the wheel you are spinning the wheel, belt, bevel box and drive shaft. Doesn't take extreme force or anything just a fair amount of drag.

I found my belt was way top slack when arrived from the dealer.... and would cause incredibles noises on deceleration

The drivebelt runs quite tight.

As a rule of thumb, you should be able to twist the lower section of the drivebelt about 45 - 90 degrees.

Thanks Chris. I used a belt tension gauge with 10lbs yielding <1/2 inch deflection of the belt. The gauges are $15 so worth the investment as the belt is hard to twist or judge how much pressure to twist.

It is very hard to figure out if the back wheel is aligned since there is not any measuring points and even if there were I doubt they would be exact.

My belt is running to the drivers side of the front bevel box pulley which from the pictures I have seen they all seem to be on that side.

Wow that is centered like a work of art. From the pictures I could find all the belts were all on the ring. Personally if the belt is tight to the ring you have no idea how much it is pushing on the ring.

You have a picture you can share that shows the room you have between the swing arm on the drivers side and the bevel box ring? Appreciate the help.

That is the extent of my photos of the belt. Might not be what you are looking for but the next time I take out the boot liner I will document more.
