Here's me thinking global warming has really got a hold in Russia.

Great!

60 miles today - turned out to be quite nice. Walked up the hill by the cliff railway in Aberystwyth. A stiff breeze at the top, but also a very nice bacon and egg sandwich!

Yes, it is nice. Haven’t been there for a few years, so it was good to remind myself of the place. And still haven’t ridden on the cliff railway!

First drive since having a new hip for Xmas. Clutch leg worked just fine. Just 5 miles in weak sunshine.

Well done Stephen.
Still trying to persuade Lady HB to get in our Mog and she had her hip done near end November.... 😔
She seems to think that her hip will pop out whilst getting in or out!

One of our horsey friends had a new hip last year and is now riding her horse regularly again. Her horse is "spirited". I watched her horse do a 2m vertical teleport in December and she stayed aboard. She has now fallen off at least three times since the new hip with no problems at all. These new hips are a lot stronger than we think they are. Mrs HB will benefit enormously from getting in the Mog as it will help her improve joint articulation.

Top man - thanks Paul. I will run that by her.
Such a great dieting tip there as I won’t get fed for quite a while afterwards which will help me lose weight 🤣🤣🤣🤣
