Looks like a rear wheel alignment jig?

After replacing rear wheel bearings and rear tyre over winter, mine looked just like the previous video when running. Belt very close to the outer edge of both sprockets. I did mark the swing arm and chain adjusters before wheel removal as all previous maintenance had been done at the factory.
Slight concern regarding the post about the washers. I cleaned and layed-out all components as dismantled, and re-assembled in the same order. I don't recall a washer between the belt adjuster and the brake plate (2016 built model).
Belt alignment is described as critical, yet the factory do not provide alignment marks on swing arm and adjusters. I have over 45 years history with motorcycles, mainly with chain drive, but last 10 years with belt drive Harleys. Every bike I've ever owned or worked on professionally (Trained Yamaha Mechanic) have alignment marks to aid chain or belt alignment. I'm astounded that Morgan don't provide any alignment marks..

I agree. Someone should make a kit so we can ensure it all lines up.

Or join the Morgan Three Wheeler Club and read Planenut's guide to aligning the rear wheel using a laser level in a back copy of The Bulletin innocent

Alignment marks was the first thing I did before removing the rear wheel for the first time and I totally agree that there should be alignment marks from the factory.

The laser alignment discussed in The Bulletin is a decent idea.

Mine was perfectly aligned from the factory, one of a few things that were perfect from the factory. I must be very lucky.
