So with the arrival of a little one late last year I did some fantastic man maths.. what is someone to do with a 2 seater car with 3 people?
Sell it and buy something more sensible... of course not! Buy another 2 seater of course...!

I have been looking for an original Army Green launch specced M3W for quite some time now (a few years I have been checking the classifieds), not massively proactively as I have been "trying" to be sensible but they are so rare I figured that would help as they never come up for sale.

Today I figured I would visit Krazy Horse, learn more about the M3W and see what they offer, have a good nosy and check out the cafe. Now I know they had a M3W in the exact spec I wanted as I saw it pop up a little while ago, but I figured it wouldn't be mint as its 8 years old (being a very early build car from 2012) and so I was safe..

Unwind a very pleasant day having learnt a lot and had a good look around and I have to admit the M3W I partly went to see was lovely, it has had all the 2014 upgrades, is mintier than a polo and it has really got me thinking about purchasing it pending the price.

Now I figured I would first of all contact my fellow Mog'ers and ask if anyone knows the car, if there are any downsides to purchasing a very very early M3W - and whether I have missed anything (sanity aside)!

Step 1. Tell wife you have a solution, pop little one in a carry cot and bungee strap it to the luggage rack.

Step 2. When the bandages come off and the doctors say your OK to drive again go back to KH.

Step 3. Buy that 3 wheeler, just looked at it on their website, it’s gorgeous!!!!

It’s next owner will be a lucky chap!

Good luck Nick. I would think if it's had all the updates and been properly looked after it should be a good one with any issues already sorted. Dan at KH is a good guy and was an absolute pleasure to deal with during my recent purchase. 😎👍

Need to check that the pinion pulley mods have been done. See if you can get them to move the rectifier to the later position or you will be forever changing rubber bobbins. For the asking price, they should fit the Urban Cooling Kit too. Also, check that the brake pedal 'recall' has been carried out. Personally, I'd be looking for a significant discount on the asking price - but I guess that's dealer prices for you!

Price asked is optimistic, they were only £25k when launched ! (yes I know +extras) but it's still high
