Price asked is optimistic, they were only £25k when launched ! (yes I know +extras) but it's still high Basic price £25k plus Vat = £30,000 Options (inc VAT): Special paint £595 Tonneau £300 MOG graphic £240 Shark Graphic £265 So it was at least a £31,400 car plus delivery and the costs of the upgrades since. £31k from a Morgan dealer seems reasonable given it will have been checked over and warrantied. Prices for the M3W are firming up as the early problems are known and addressed, the lack of interest in the EU4 and the rising price of the new ones make the 2nd hand models more desirable than they perhaps were a year or 2 back.

Just seems odd that the cars without the kit very rarely suffer any issues (i.e. the engine going into overheat mode) yet with the kit on the fan is going off constantly.. must be my cynicism!
The Urban Cooling Kit is designed to improve cooling to the rear of the cylinders (in the M3W installation sense) when on the move and stationary. It also helps stabilise cylinder head temperature to improve conditions when the engine is running. The Skip Fire that is used on early cars is more of an emergency measure to prevent serious damage due to very high temperatures. High temperatures will kill your expensive S&S engine quickly. You really know when Skip Fire happens and it's not something you want to occur on a regular basis. The ECU flash that is done with the cooling fan fit to deactivate Skip Fire and control the fan running has the added benefit of a better base fuelling map than the early original. The Urban Cooling Kit is maybe not the best looking thing but it is well worth having if you want to extend the life of your engine. Thanks that seems to make a lot of sense, something to price up and consider then I think. Price asked is optimistic, they were only £25k when launched ! That's very interesting thank you, didn't realise it was ex vat. It also has the bright pack which was around 2.5k I think..

Conundrum. Just noticed that the KH 'Army Green' car appears to have the later type exhaust heat sheilds (the type attached to the body rather than the exhaust boxes). This is an expensive retrofit and usually only done when upgrading to a Stage 1 system - but the car appears to have the stock (restricted) pipes on it. Any theories?

The 2012 cars had exhausts made from thinner wall tubing which were prone to cracking, the wall thickness was subsequently increased at some point certainly by 2013 cars. So maybe the exhausts failed and were replaced with 2014 on versions with the different heat shields, 2013 exhausts perhaps not being readily available.

The Bright pack was £2,775 inc vat I also missed off the bullet and Pin-up Girl graphics at £105 and £185 respectively. So even better Man Maths value

Some update news everyone.. I bought it! Many many thanks for everyones help and advice, it was very useful and appreciated. I now cannot wait to have her, it might be a few weeks though as I have decided whilst she is there to get Krazy Horse to do some additional work (yet more man maths ), mods and improvements to make her really really mint and special.. I will tease one which is a Brooklands steering wheel with customised spacer (I am rather tall). Summer can't come soon enough!
