So.……...you buy the current stock which is not contaminated?

Or you buy the current stock in case it runs out?

FFS, these people need to get a life. I told MrsW if the bog roll runs out we use newspaper...…...

I have a conspiracy theory that the loo roll producers cause the panic to increase sales. Who knows , people often d omad things, just look at the FTSE today.

I guess the great unwashed are thinking grab it now before they stop importing it as they think it comes from China, quite where that comes from is anybodys guess.
There was someone on the news saying almost all of it is manufactured in our own country, why wouldn't it be.

Pasta was another item that was stripped from the shelves on Saturday and of course the total waste of time hand gels whose only use is to spread the virus a little further over your hands.

Sound advise about the paper as there aren't many dock leaves around at the moment thumbs

I once did an audit at British Tissues...……..and was treated to a close up of the contraption which turns wood pulp and recycled paper into paper towels...…...it was the size of an articulated lorry, belching steam and looking like something out of Jules Verne.

Basically jets sprayed a watery paste onto a perforated heated steel plate, and the drying out sheet then went around umpteen rollers until paper towels came off the end on something like a huge roll of carpet. It was super impressive to see it up close.

It ran 24/7.

Although the Pretty Polly hosiery factory was more interesting. Did you know they use leg models?????...….on site...……...

Always interesting looking at manufacturing processes and the engineering involved - were you asked to audit the leg models wink

Were the legs amputated or with whole models on them?

Amputated legs I have seen a lot in the lab of the AO foundation in Davos.
They are used for surgical training and research.

"Die sind im Eimer" (they are in the bucket - as they were) Jeoff Richards told us as we went by.

In German that is the expression for they are down the drain...

So they could have been used as model legs before - such a waste!!!
