Now it's serious.
My Morgan tour has been cancelled..... Our Monaco Historique tickets arrived today, I've got quite a lot of non-refundable money tied up in this self organised tour all the way down through France, with multiple specific interesting stop-offs booked on the way So... do or don't, what does the TM massive think ? When is it to take place? With respect, I don't think it's your decision. It will be the decision of the area you're going. Heinz, it's the 8-10th May but we set off late April, the uncertainty of finding Hotels shut en route, Museums shut we've planned to visit & by the time we finally arrive in Monaco, will the GP be off ? Then will we have problems getting back to home ? It's a pity for Mrs M, as we both have a significant birthday this year & this was our 'Trip of a Lifetime' treat to ourselvesJon, That's a great shame

I'm not going to be surprised if the Premier League isn't suspended after the emergency meeting this morning. Hudson-Odoi has tested positive now so Villa-Chelsea will definitely be off tomorrow, Arsenal-Brighton having already been cancelled.

Im going to start the process of cancelling all my hotels for our trip into Europe in April.
This would have been our first long adventure in the MOG and we were really looking forward to it. Well pissed off :-( What a shame..... I have a trip to France in early July. I haven't cancelled anything yet.... I heard on the radio that it may peak in July ! Tis a shame but with Macron shutting schools already and threatening to close borders I think its only a matter of time. Might as well try and claw some cash back, If I can !

We are currently in Metz in France on our way to the Tyrol region for the week. At a press conference this morning the provincial government for the Tyrol region has decided that it will close on Sunday, so we are now turning round to return home as there is little point going there for a day.
This is always a little more complicated as we have our dog with us, but as my wife pointed out, it is our own fault for travelling on Friday 13th.
I guess for the next 4 months or so, its going to be a bit of a bumpy ride for us all.

But there is a great uncertainty in the room which can increase daily in these times.

From every cloud, a little burst of humorous light - a caller to the local Devon radio station reported being on a bus that pulled in to a bus stop and the driver used some sanitiser on his hands while waiting for passengers to board - an onboard sensor picked up the whiff of alcohol from the sanitiser and promptly shut down the bus!
