Hi Guys,
Yes, I was copied in to the response regarding non cancellable bookings. I am lucky in that i booked on a flexible basis so my bookings were cancelled immediately.
I have just had some more dialogue with them about this. Do not give up, keep your e-mails nice, polite and point out that we would love to be staying with them at some time in the future once we have more clarity.I have pointed out to them nicely that they need to work with us to keep us as customers happy.
