In Madrid we're isolated for a week now. We just went out of the appartment twice.Once my wife for a large shopping and the second time me for pharmacy and vet for special cat food. For my cat, we are not yet eating cat food!  Today we were supposed to receive a large shopping cart from our supermarket. No news. It did not happened. It looks like now the deliveries are really overflowed…

I have the late Nicola Thorne’s spiced beef recipe, she was the wife of Richard Thorne of Richard Thorne Classic cars and my spare mum...
Her daughters had her favourite recipes added into the funeral service in January and this was one of them
It is is utterly amazing both hot and cold, and making it, and enjoying it is a worthy celebration of her life

Yes, self isolating as much as possible but doctors appointments can force me out. As long as deliveries happen then work on the Morgan can continue, otherwise I get bored. My wife is happily out gardening.

Here in Holland: Closed my company for rates ale going up now, following Italy's numbers after 5 days. Now 179 deaths, and 4204 tested positiv on corona. Most cases in the povince Noord Brabant where I live. Thankfully we get 3 months financial support from our governement, and also the possibility to delay morgage payments and VAT payments for 3 months.
But stil: people go massive to DIY shops, gardening center, and Beaches and forrests as if like a family trip! Totally crazy!! Lots of people were send home by the police; roads and parking lots at the beaches were closed. We are waiting for a lockdown......

Flights still operating from all UK airports , some flights have been cancelled but many are going ahead as normal .
Shops and resturants remain open , some are running shorter hours .
Geneva 2016 plus 8' The Green Godess' 4 side exits .

We live say 30 miles from any city and the local shops have reasonable stocks of food here up to this weekend but no toilet roll etc.
As the larger supermarkets in the main areas of population in our case, Stonehaven, Banchory and Montrose say 15,000 people and above are running low on stocks as people panic buy, our local shops are getting people from these towns traveling say 15 to 40 miles to panic buy here.
At some time I assume their cupboards will be full but I think they are all thinking of buying more cupboards , freezers and sheds to store food in.

We know somebody who bought a second freezer.
I bet there's been a run on chest freezers...…..

Just have a look on the interweb - freezers sold out totally on AO, ApplianceExpress and Amazon having just returns.
Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.
